What methods of payment do you accept?

E-transfer, Cash, or Cheque.

Why should I aerate my lawn?

Grass requires air, water, and nutrients in order to grow strong, thick, and deep reaching roots. Aerating breaks up compacted areas in your lawn by creating holes in the soil. These holes allow roots to grow deeper, while simultaneously assisting with air, water, and nutrients reaching the roots.

Why should I power rake my lawn?

Power raking removes dead thatch and vegetation build-up that may interfere with air, water, and nutrients from reaching grass roots.

What is your cancellation policy?

For Spring Clean-up and Fall Clean-up we ask customers to provide us with 48 hours notice if service needs to be cancelled.

Are Summer mowing contracts month to month or do I have to sign up for the entire season?

Our Summer mowing contracts are month to month. We don’t lock clients into seasonal contracts. We will always contact clients at the end of each month to confirm if service is required for the upcoming month.

What are your refund policies?

We at Stu’s Property Maintenance pride ourselves in providing superior customer service. If you’re unhappy with our service we will come back and remedy any concerns to ensure you’re completely satisfied. If for some reason we are unable to meet your expectations we will provide a full refund.
